"A research team exploring the link between music and intelligence reports that music training is far superior to computer instruction in dramatically enhancing children's abstract reasoning skills necessary for learning math and science."

In most cases, no experience is necessary, but call us first so we can advise the best way to make this happen.

We have special guests each day - previous camps have featured Wayne Toups, Blue Eclipse, Psychometry, Zoro (drummer for Lenny Kravitz), Roddy Romero, Spank the Monkey, Oh, Juliette!, Meriwether, among others.

Monday - Tuesday: The first day and a half, students are learning their songs with students their same age and relative skill level. Average class size is 8.

Tuesday - Wednesday: By Tuesday afternoon, we start bringing in the different instruments. Students spend the next day and a half learning how to play the songs together as a band (a really big band - up to 30 members!).

Thursday: By Thursday, we normally start some rehearsals for the concert.

Friday: Battle of the Bands, Pizza Party and the final concert! We set up all of the gear in the big auditorium and invite family, friends and neighbors to come and witness the biggest rock band show of the year - In fact, we have not seen a bigger rock band in concert EVER!
